Getting Started with Liberty Doctors Telehealth

Step 1: Make sure you have a compatible device

Visit the following link: Download the Video Chat Technical Guide

If you DO have a compatible device. Proceed to Step 2.
If you DO NOT have a compatible device: Contact your Liberty Doctors office to see if you qualify for a Telephone visit instead.

Step 2: Schedule your Telehealth appointment

If you are an established patient, or have a Liberty Doctors office you’d like to use, call that office to schedule your virtual visit or convert an upcoming appointment to a virtual visit.*

If you are new patient , click here to request an appointment.

*Please check with your office to see if they are offering virtual and/or telephone visits and if they are accepting New Patient’s via Telehealth, if this is your first appointment.

Step 3: Test your device prior to your scheduled appointment

If you see yourself on the Camera and the Microphone area lights up green, your device is compatible to use for the video chat session. If you do not, visit the Video Chat Onboarding page and download the Technical Guide.

Step 4: Get ready for your virtual appointment

Make sure you are ready for your visit during the window of time you were given
You should be in a quiet, private, well-lit room for the visit
